This was so much fun to do, the facility located at Ballyhaunis Community Playground was brilliant, sheltering us from the hot sun and providing a safe enclosed space outdoors .
Big thanks to all the girls who took part, you were all awesome. Also to Tracy Cunnane Mcdonagh and Janette Slattery on the day. Also big thanks to Deirdre Donnelly and Janette Slattery of Mayo Sports Partnership for bringing this week to our attention and organising skates and pads.

Hopefully we make our way out there again for more skating fun. We look forward to next week sessions for both the girls and the women in Castlebar at An Sportlann the 13th at 2pm (girls) and 4pm (women).

The women turned out Saturday for their Come and Try Skating Session as part of HERS Outdoor Week here in Mayo. So much fun, got to meet some fantastic people and was great to see so many get involved.
