Caoimhin Rowland of CRCfm (102.9fm) reached out to our club to talk about the lack of ice facilities in Castlebar and the impact this has on the sport of ice hockey. Also talking about possible future ice facilities in Mayo and its social impacts, as well as the efforts of the players as they 'March To The Rink' to raise awareness and money towards a facility in Ireland as they walk, run, skate and cycle the distance to there nearest rink (Belfast, Northern Ireland) for the month of March.
