Service Description

Sticks in the middle, lets play hockey! This session follows our "Open Skate" and lasts at least 45 minutes with possibility of extra time depending on numbers. 15 minute warm up at the start for stickhandling and shooting. Full equipment for hockey needed: - Hockey helmet - Hockey shin guards - Hockey elbow pads - Hockey gloves - Hockey Stick Teams/Lines: - Same age group lines face each other - 1 minute shifts controlled by coach whistle/timer - Players all change at same time - Players leaving surface immediately stops playing puck on whistle Please follow our "Scrimmage Code of Conduct" during sessions
